A new entry into Lex 100 this year, London firm Pemberton Greenish is recognised for its specialism in property law. Based at a 'fantastic' location in Chelsea, trainees like that the office is outside the City yet still has 'great, high-profile clients and interesting work'. You will also be encouraged to enjoy your surroundings and 'embrace the life in Chelsea with its galleries and exhibitions'. A Lex 100 Winner for work/life balance, hours here are 'reasonable' and there is 'more exposure to clients'. Expect to be given plenty of responsibility, attending mediations or being involved in 'complex' probate matters. There are some fairly common worries about being taken on after the training contract and its location near to the Kings Road can be 'rather dangerous' on pay day.
